The sleeveless frock is part of the collections at the Kirkland Museum of Fine and Decorative Art, the de Young Museum in San Francisco and other arts institutions. Andy Warhol’s pop art vision of soup cans inspired the Campbell Soup Company in 1966-1967 to create and distribute paper dresses with soap cans printed in silk screen ink.
